    Production Deposit Program

    Our in-house production deposit program offers a flexible payment option for our customers. By paying a 50% deposit upfront, you can immediately initiate the production of your order.

    After your order is completed, the remaining balance will be charged. Please note that full payment must be received before shipping your customized bed. This program is designed to help you secure your order while providing a manageable payment process.

  • All our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers the integrity of the frame and suspension, as well as the stitching and seams. We are committed to ensuring that your investment in our customized beds meets your expectations for comfort and quality. Should you encounter any issues within the warranty period, please contact us.
