As a result, customers can expect a wait time of 4-6 weeks for their customized beds to be crafted and shipped.   • All our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers the integrity of the frame and suspension, as well as the stitching and seams. We are committed to ensuring that your investment in our customized beds meets your expectations for comfort and quality. Should you encounter any issues within the warranty period, please contact us.
